Agreement

By using soleilfinegoods.com or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Marketplace purchases (e.g., Amazon) are also governed by the marketplace’s terms.

Products & Content

We strive for accurate descriptions and imagery of bath linens (towels, bath mats, hand & face towels). Due to monitors and dye lots, colors may vary. Site content and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors.

Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept by confirming or shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (fraud screening, pricing errors, inventory limits). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Limited Warranty; Disclaimers

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Normal wear, laundering damage, or misuse are excluded. Except as stated, products are provided 'as is' without other warranties.
