Processing

Orders typically process within 1– 2 business days (Mon– Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT process the next business day.

Transit Estimates (U.S.)

Standard: 3– 7 business days. Expedited: 2– 3 business days. Priority/Overnight: 1– 2 business days in select lanes. Timelines exclude processing and are not guaranteed.

Rates & Thresholds

Real-time rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight/volume. We may occasionally offer free-shipping promotions—see onsite banners.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking is emailed at label creation and may take up to 24 hours to show scans. If marked delivered but missing, check nearby and contact us after 48 hours for assistance.

Damages & Address Issues

Report transit damage within 7 days with photos; retain packaging. Undeliverable/returned packages can be reshipped (postage may apply) or refunded for product cost less outbound shipping.

International & Marketplace

We ship to select countries; duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless stated. Amazon orders follow Amazon’s shipping terms.
