Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in original packaging.

Scope

Like-for-like exchanges (e.g., same SKU different color) are subject to stock. If unavailable, we may offer alternatives or a refund per the Refund Policy.

Process

Contact support@soleilfinegoods.com with your order number and requested exchange. We will provide an Exchange RMA and instructions. Replacement ships after we receive and inspect the original.

Fast Exchange

Optionally, request an advance replacement. We place a temporary hold/charge for the replacement and release/refund it when the original passes inspection.

International & Amazon

International exchanges may require a new purchase and separate return due to customs. Amazon exchanges must be processed in Amazon’s system.
